Mac customers now have more options for Quicken versions for the first time with Starter, Deluxe, and Premier versions offered. Quicken’s bill management center automatically downloads bill PDFs and captures due dates and payment amounts as well. Quicken 2018 lets users manage and pay online bills using the Mac app with 11,000+ sources supported. Although I’m not crazy about the subscription, one positive is that it allows you to run both the Windows and Mac versions. After buying Quicken Mac 2016 a couple years ago and promptly returning it, I recently took the plunge on Quicken Mac 2018.After learning a few nonintuitive (but basic!) idiosyncrasies like how to enter a Starting Balance, to delete an entry or how to change the date of a transaction depending on when during the entering process one notices and wants to correct, the check register does work with ease.
